Nursing Training

The Harvest Team Inc. believes in the place of spirituality in healthcare, and also believes that only the well prepared healthcare professionals could deliver impeccable spiritual assistance to the sick when coupled with strong clinical preparation.

We are dedicated, through the promise Harvesters Health Outreach to raise a workforce that will help the patient to encounter courteous assistance with regard to their physical comfort and spiritual needs; and for the Christian trained nursing will have the right approach in presenting the bible promises concerning healing and life in abundance. A health care provider dedicated in giving the comfort needed for healing even in the event in which cure may not occur.

This is a 5 weeks training comprising 91 hours of classroom lectures and 49 hours of clinical.

Nursing Scholarship
For those interested in the nursing training but who cannot afford the course a scholarship is made available. Candidates in need of financial assistance must fill out the right application and note that there is a maximum of two awards per class based on the class size. It’s a competitive process.

Where we work
Our office is located in Uptown and our actual area of operation are uptown, Edgewater and Roger’s park. We currently work in conjunction with other ministries across the city of Chicago but our ultimate goal is to expand the program nationwide and worldwide eventually.
