History

The Harvest Team Inc. was inspired in 2009 and incorporated in April of 2010, aiming at raising a generation of Christians who will see themselves as real organs of one body with no regard to the denomination of their home church, trusting one another, communicating freely. This endeavor would be achieved by submitting them to common/familiar curriculum geared at assisting them in discovering and appreciating their natural gifts and talents. Part of the goal is edifying them in a way to become first co-architects of their destiny and great instrument in God’s hand as they grow to be holistically fruitful adults understanding that whatever they are good at is good to serve the community while responding to the call of their creator. At a young age or as soon as one joins the program, he/she would understand that God empowers, assures to assist them by protecting them, making provisions in carrying on their divine assignments respectively.

Vision
Our vision is to see the people of God on assignment, confidently working as one, utilizing God’s promises of providence to take leadership: owning up to the challenges in neighborhoods, being the light and the salt in the community, truly influencing the community by its virtues and not just by a mere physical presence.

Mission
Harvest Team Inc. has pledged to be the consulting agent that will encourage churches and assist them in utilizing the power that resides in the unified body of Christ to promote the Kingdom of God. While encouraging and facilitating synergistic interactions among Christian, breaking denominational barriers. Our approach involves the creation of a database of existing churches by neighborhoods and fields of anointing, and to build bridges with community centers and municipalities to facilitate access to homes in order to better assist with children/youth primarily and whosoever will. This will help improve our ability of touching lives at all angles in the most efficient way and leaving a legacy of love, confidence, hope for the promised abundant life to the next generation.

In this way the Harvest Team Inc. aims at preventing the predicted global pandemic of major depression by empowering the youth, restoring a positive outlook, spirit of love, sacrifice, service, altruism and hope in the God that can truly make one enjoying an abundant life in the spiritual and material sense not withstanding past experiences; and any backgrounds.
